What Is Counselling?
Counselling is a confidential and professional relationship, which provides a safe, non-judgemental and supportive
environment in which to address your concerns.
Counselling appointments are usually weekly and last around 1 hour.
How Can Counselling
Help?
We all go through periods when life is tough and we
struggle to cope, counselling can help by:

move forward from painful thoughts and feelings, which may have been with you for a long time.

Helping to deal more effectively with difficult situations or coping with changes in their lives.
· Helping to explore unused potential and
look at ways to give life more meaning, or simply try to make sense of life.
